O’NEILL’S PUB & RESTAURANT

Location: Norwalk, CT

This project includes creating a new location in South Norwalk to house a recreation of an authentic Irish Pub & Restaurant. The 2nd floor of this structure will consist of offices and the 3rd floor will hold several apartments. The exterior will evoke a turn of the century brick façade. A one level parking deck will sit at the rear of the building.
