Completed in 2015, Services include design thru construction administration for a new 72,000 sq. ft. dairy store.

Completed in , Services include design through construction administration for a new 125,000 sq. ft. dairy store. Also included is a detached 40,000 sq. ft. garden center with a petting farm, and a 15,000 sq. ft. retail store.

Location: East Meadow, NY

Completed in 2017, Services include design thru construction administration for a new 125,000 sq. ft. dairy store. Design required country store aesthetic with state-of-the-art refrigeration and equipment.

Location: Newington, CT

Completed Spring 2007, Project includes additions and alterations to 115,000 sq ft existing retail building. New store will feature extensive selling space as well as refrigeration, food prep, and employee spaces. Design challenges include transforming existing retail space into typical country farm aesthetic with animated exhibits and “Farmer’s Market.”

Location: Yonkers, NY

Completed in 1999, Services included design through construction supervision of a new 105,000 sq.ft. store with prototype “Farmer’s Market” entrance encompassing a seasonal area, featured areas for ice cream, pizza, full service liquors, this largest store to date also includes 65,000 sq.ft. of selling space, 36,000 sq.ft. of warehouse, 28,000 sq.ft. food prep area, 10,000 sq.ft. of executive offices, a 120 ft. silo, animal farm and garden center.

Location: Danbury, CT

Completed in 2008, Interior Planning of the new 125,00 s.f. store. Building components included retail area, food prep areas, warehouse area, employee and executive areas. Scope of work included working within the pre-designed building shell to lay out and engineer all refrigerated cases, food prep and processing equipment, rack storage system, money room, drainage, signage, etc. Project required extensive on-site construction administration, design required country store aesthetic with state-of-the-art refrigeration and equipment.

Location: Norwalk, CT

Completed in 2024, Multiple renovations to the “World’s Largest Dairy Store.” Project includes complete demolition and reconstruction of the deli and fish prep departments. Entire redesign of the produce and dairy departments. New fire alarm and smoke detection systems. Revision of overall store layout to conform to building code exiting requirements.
