Completed in 2015, Avalon Ossining is a 168 unit community arranged in 4 separate buildings with the upper floor possessing beautiful seasonal views of the Hudson River. The buildings are typically 3 stories with a street aesthetic of an older ‘Westchester Tudor.’ The clubhouse is an existing 100-year-old country estate manor whose renovation is part of the overall project. A new fitness center and pool were added to the amenity package.
