HEAD OF THE HARBOR

Completed in 2018, the HEAD OF THE HARBOR south parcel project is located where the Norwalk River meets Wall Street. This project was intended to create an extension from the Norwalk downtown area, in the character of a seaport city. The project is mixed-use, consisting of two buildings with retail, office, covered parking and traditional residential apartments. Significant public exterior spaces help define the project and enhance its relationship to the Wall Street area, as well as communal courtyard leading down to the development’s walkway along the river.
