Completed in 2018, Parker Place consists of 300 multi-family units in two separate buildings with wood frame construction. Aesthetically the buildings will blend in with the connected 53 Parker Street project with a goal to minimize the scale and not look too larger relative to neighboring single family homes. Construction is assumed to be wood frame construction of load bearing 2×4 and 2×6 frame with wood floor and roof trusses. Roof to maintain a shallow pitch to internal roof drainage.
