Completed in 2007, the project consists of 88 Residential Condominium units located on picturesque Candlewood Lake. The 1,800 s.f. units are arranged in multiple 4 story buildings that take advantage of the beautiful Candlewood Lake views. Private elevators provide access to only two units per floor. The exterior “Craftsman” style is tastefully upscale, while providing a comfortable lakefront appeal.
