Completed 2024, STONE BRIDGE is the residential portion of an extensive development for the town of Cheshire set behind the retail portion of an overall master plan. This portion consists of 300 dwelling units arranged in a variety of multi-family buildings with 7 three story buildings, 1 four story building, a clubhouse and 20 detached private garage buildings and a maintenance shed. The configuration of the development strived to create green spaces between each building with a variety of walkways providing the tenants with plenty of exterior space to enjoy the community beyond their dwelling units. The clubhouse features a generous lounge area, pool and fitness center. The project offers a comprehensive community providing its tenants with a collective lifestyle to enjoy.
