Completed in 2007, the architectural services include design and zoning approval through construction administration. The project is a 90 unit high-end residential complex within walking distance to village shopping, the harbor and train station. The building sits on a 2nd floor podium above a ground level parking. The entrance courtyard within the ‘U’ shaped building has a “green roof” plaza including a fountain. The roof will also utilize a “green roof” which will also house a walk-out space and meeting room.
