Complete 2017, THE CAMBIUM was a re-designed project that was previously conceived and approved project in order to increase these number of units and decrease the average unit size in response to current market conditions. The project consists of 149 units in 7 residential floors situated above a 3-level parking garage, where two of the levels are underground. The project is a transit-oriented development within walking distance to the Larchmont train station and shopping district. The units are generously supported with a gym, media center, library and common exterior terrace. Many of the upper units have private terraces and panoramic views of Long Island Sound.
