Completed in 2015, THE CASTLE is a transit-oriented development of 120 residential units within walking distance to the train station, shopping and restaurant district. Four wood framed residential floors sit above a partially buried concrete parking level which sits over the main entry level. The U-shaped footprint forms a pedestrian plaza in the center at the 1 st residential floor. A large roof-top amenity area completes the generous amenity areas. The building’s aesthetics consist of traditional proportions predominately consisting of brick with a standing seam metal roof. The stepped parapet feature of the aesthetic also compliments the church across the street.
