Completed in 2012, THE MARINER is a transit-oriented development of 100 residential units within walking distance to the Port Chester train station. The building is located on the Byram River adjacent to the downtown shopping and restaurant district. This traditionally designed building has 4 wood framed residential floors supported by a 2nd floor concrete podium slab above ground level parking. The brick portion of the building is intended to look like an old renovated warehouse from the Main Street location, whereas the contemporary portion of the building was designed to look like an addition at the rear of the building that expands towards the river.
