Completed 2021, THE ROCKWELL is a mixed-use development with 114 apartment units & 4 retail spaces with CVS as the anchor store. The building’s exterior consists of multiple aesthetics to break up the building’s mass as well as to define the ground level retail. The project has a ground level parking garage and a 2nd story parking deck accessed by a vehicle ramp off Fifth Ave. Supporting all unit parking and a ground level lot for retail parking. An art-deco aesthetic is featured in the building’s interior with a gracious entry lobby and a two-story 5th floor amenity space with a roof top amenity terrace.
