Completed in 2006, the project consists of 15 custom shingle style luxury homes on Long Island Sound. Each home is approximately 5,000 s.f. including a master suite plus three bedrooms. All homes have large family rooms, designer kitchens as well as formal foyers, living rooms, dining rooms and study. The exterior elevations are all uniquely designed in the shingle style vocabulary and are arranged to maximize water views. The development features a vehicular boulevard access, creating a state appearance, while providing environmentally friendly storm water drainage. A new seawall separates the upland homes from the development’s private beach.
